How do the arts empower students to analyze the world around them critically?
In this Mural Arts project, students create monuments that contain symbols of issues that are important to them. Through making murals and monuments, these students explore issues they care about and share their statements and positions with others through public art installations. This gives them the power to critically analyze the world through the sharing of ideas.
